Inability to process termination of a new contract/device after the incorrect device was sent (within the 14 day cancellation period)

During the last week of October 2016 I was contacted by a company called Mondeo , they acted on behalf of Vodacom and offered me a Tablet on a 24 month contract at a cost of R200.00 p/m for 5 gigs worth of data. I reluctantly accepted and confirmed the above multiple times.

On 27 October I received the delivery to find that instead of a Tablet a Mobile Wi-Fi R207 was delivered. I contacted ********** (their cancellation line) at 09:05 on 28/10/2016 and spoke to Linda , I explained that the incorrect device was delivered and I needed to cancel the contract , she took all the details and said arrangements would be made to collect the device within 5 days whereafter I had to again call to cancell the contract , By 3/11/2016 nothing had happened and I contacted them again and spoke to Hugene on call ref: ********** 8 , he checked and advised that the previous request for collection did not go through and attended to same and advised the same procedure again. By 16/11/2016 nothing had happened and I contacted them and spoke to a Team leader named Nkosi who could not assist due to their system being offline , he took my details and promised to call me back but to date has failed to do so.

I now still sit with a device I never wanted and have to take responsibility for same.

The experience I have had is terrible as the issue seems to be unresolvable , especially since Nkosi confirmed I cannot go to a store or call another division to be assisted and have wasted my time trying to cancell the contract.

I received 1 missed call on the 18th of November while I was in a meeting that I assumed was from Vodacom but nothing after that.

I just contacted your Direct sales department on ********** again and held on for 5 minutes waiting for a manager to speak to without any success
