Inability to allocate payment
On 13 November 2015, I made a payment to Vodacom via a listed benefitiary on EFT. Somewhere after the 20th, my line was hardcut due to non-payment. I called the call center and was given the email adress [Email Removed] to send my proof of payment. The next day when I called I was rooted to the collections department where, after a long conversation to explain the simple issue, I was given two other adresses (not at vodacom) to send the proof of payment. The line was activated again. I made my normal payment (also via EFT) at the end of November/start December. This payment was received, but around the 20th of December, my line was hardcut again due to non-payment. The reason given was that they still did not received my payment of 13 November. I resend the proof of payment, again to [Email Removed] I was also informed that if I do not make this payment, I will be listed as a slow payer (despite the problem being that they have not allocated and month old payment). I just check the status of may account again - no payment allocation. I have resend the proof of payment for the 4th time, but have no convidence that anything will be done as mails go unacknowledged.
