Inability for Call Center to Resolve Incorrect Upgrade Changes or Review Recordings

On the 27th of November 2019 I was contacted by a call center agent to renew my Vodacom contract which includes airtime and 2GB monthly recurring data. When I received my first invoice in December I discovered that I was being invoiced more than agreed to on the telephone call. I contacted the call center multiple times requesting that they correct the billing and listen to the recording of the call to confirm what was sold to me. All my calls fell on deaf ears and Vodacom had continued to over charge me on a monthly basis.

Today 1 March 2020 I noticed that my February invoice had dropped the line for my 2GB recurring bundle and when calling the call center I am now being told that my recurring data is from the previous contract. Since I have been unable to resolve the billing I feel like my plight to get my 24 months of data is going to be just as fruitless.

I have been a Vodacom subscriber for 18+ years and at this stage feel I am being ****** with no recourse as contacting the call center is of no use.

Call center agents do not seem to be empowered to resolve true customer issues.
