In / Out Warranty Confusion - still going

Good day,<br> Again I went in to collect my phone from Vodacom Parow and yet again I had to send it in as the issue was not addressed. <br> the line on the LCD is still present. the camera is still hazy.<br> it was found on job number ***4 to be repaired and was deemed out of warranty because of physical damage after the speaker grill and flap seal was repaired. <br> I was quoted R3300. After I queried the physical damage reasoning, I had to book it back in. Then it was under investigation. <br> Then without communication, repaired again under warranty (***0), but not what was quoted under job number ***4. Please get your house in order as this is becoming a joke and I feel like the butt of it.<br> I booked my unit in again this morning job number ***5.<br>
