In breach of POPI

<p>I requested a copy of my contract or an invoice so I could get my device repaired at samsung.</p> <p>I was given the run around at the call centre till I spoke to a manager who gave me an email address.</p> <p>They wanted an affidavit for my contract to be released however they sent me another clients contract and id copy. I work in a bank and with the info vodacom has given me I can easily open an account and take outhe credit on that clients name.</p> <p>Its now over a month and vodacom is ignoring my emails..</p>
