In breach of contract

Dear Vodacom

Please fix this mess and listen to the call recording. I called on the 24 November 2025 at 9:37 and spoke to a consultant that I deemed eager and ***********. I requested for my two numbers on contract to be cancelled and keep the numbers as prepaid. The consultant insisted on moving me to a lower package even though I informed her that I am not interested in being retained as I want to pay a lower amount and since those two numbers the contracts are ending December I want to cancel so I can save. She insisted on retaining me and gave an amount of R624 (somewhere there) that I will be paying. She said nothing about the migration amount which I was going to be charged for and I was definitely not go for it. Now this deceit has put a hole in my bank account and causing me grief cause I have to be calling you people and being passed from pillar to post.

I want this to be fixed urgently before the next debit order. Remove this migration fee and stick to the agreement or honor my initial request which was cancel the contracts that is in question.

Also here is the service request regarding the same issue which no one bothered to engage me on for feedback or resolution ***.

Please don't be like MTN I left them because of their bad customer service. I did not cause this mess fix it.
