In An Abusive Relationship with Vodacom-SA
I have been with Vodacom SA for the past 9 years, i started my contract with R149, currently i was paying R249 due to upgrades that I made.
I was called by a Vodacom agent who migrated to a home package on my primary number, I never agreed to the upgrade, for a month I could not receive call or even use the mobile to connect my work laptop in the office, i am still battling getting reed of the migration as i now have to pay R682.02 on my initial contract package that i started with, so i am now paying R682.02 for a R149 package, I've been calling them for the past 3months without any luck, i hope they see this and do the right thing as this is my last and final resort.
