improper line closure

I have iPad data line which Vodacom closed and number deleted. Information i got from contact centre is that i was sent 2 sms to the above line, which i never recieved since line is on Ipad and i dont have sms facilities/app installed. subsequently on the 1st Septemeber the line was closed and number deleted.<br> <br> I would like to find out why and when i can have my services back and data that was left be given back. its been a week now being sent from pillar to post. i am tired now of this. its not my fault, i want my line back. there are other means of communication provided vodacom could have used.
