Impressive turn around times and professionalism

So we decided to get Vodacom fibre after an experience from hell of no customer service from a competitor and were expecting better service but nothing mind blowing. Well I have to say that it was magnificent from start to finish, the agent in the Vodacom store was amazing and professional and efficient and we were told to expect to wait about 2 weeks for installation which was fine, To our amazemenmt we were delighted when Vuma called us less than an hour later to set up installation for today, just 1 day after applying. THIS people is exceptional service. For all the competitors out there, pay attention, Vodacom and Vuma are going to put you all out of business. I am so impressed.
