IMPRESSIVE SERVICE

I really need to compliment Nurul-hudaa Damon on the great service I received from her. She was friendly, respectful and so helpful it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her. I was quite irate when I first spoke to her as I had received terrible walk in service from the Vodashop in N1 city staff. Nurual-hudaa Damon however managed to calm me down by just being friendly. She gracefully apologised on behalf of the staff at N1, patiently listened to my problem, tried to resolve my issue and promised to call me back to check whether the service was operational. To my surprise, to the minute, Nurul-hudaa Damon returned my call. With the same pleasant and friendly approach she enquired if all was well my side. SO IMPRESSED with Nurual-hudaa DAmon since its very difficult to find this type of approach in our country these days. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN.
