IMPRESSIVE ONLINE SERVICE!!!
<p>I am new to this but I truly believe credit must always be given where credit is due. It is surely due to the Vodacom Online dept. I had been at my wits end looking around for a specific device which none of my local stores had or could bother to source for me! No customer service s****s and rude consultants after a 10min wait in a queue! I was advised by a friend to call ***4 and honestly it was the best choice I ever made. Professional, helpful, prompt, kind and courteus service from this department. They went the extra mile to find my device, called me back, upgraded my account and I will receive it tomorrow!!! Shocking how these guys do business! A fresh change to a Vodacom I had given up hope on. Thank you Online!!!</p>
