By nature I am a difficult client, being demanding and expecting quick attention and turnaround. My LG Flex needed repair due to defects. Katlego was informative, attentive, knew her products and processes and in general a pleasure to deal with. In client services it is not often you find someone willing to take ownership and follow things through from start to finish. Katlego, thank you. I am pedantic about my cell phones and your service level has placed me at ease. Vodacom, having dealt with numourous call centre agents and Vodacom shop agents I wish to tell you that this Lady (Katlego) should be used as a mentor in other branches. The phone was returned yesterday and one item, the screen was replaced. This type of repair normally makes me nervous as they seldom get it right without damaging the phone. Katlego checked the phone and made sure that all was in order PRIOR to calling, and hence this shows the attention to client need and expectation. Thank you. Katlego you are an asset to that shop!
