Impossobile to cancel Vodacom account

I have tried to cancel my subscription for 2 months, every consultant who helps me either disconnects the call, drops off from chats, or doesn't reply to my email. I have been charged for two months which I wont pay since its not my responsibility. Tired of running after them when I just want to cancel.
