Impossible yo cancel contact

So i wrote a review about vodacom refusing to cancel my contract. Today I checked my credit score again after one month ,the damn contract still reflects is active even though the areas have increased

A consultant called me saying they are canceling the contract but no documentation was sent to me and the contract still active

I paid off the contract 2020 January,called again last year to check they said i ddnt cancel and convert to prepaid i had to pay 1000 . Last month I checked again it was still again i had to pay 275. .This month i check it owes 572 .

I think i will take this matter further because Vodacom is destroying my credit record.Iam trying to get loans its impossible.

Vodacom is just a **** never open any contract with them .They will destroy your credit record

They say they cancel the contract but will never send you documentation. Mind you I stopped using the simcard 2019 the phone is not even working anymore.
