impossible to upgrade
<p>its impossible to upgrade with vodacom. do they not want business??? 1st did the upgrade online. there was a system error so it had to be reversed. still waiting for the upgrade charges to be reversed! Then did the upgrade over the phone. 2 weeks now and no word on whether is approved and delivery of my phone. every time i call get pushed to a different department. was told several time they’ll call me back but obviously this never happens! pathetic service! </p>
