Impossible to upgrade....

Wel with a 1/5 rating what else can one expect.... we have been struggling with an upgrade for the last 3 days.... there is absolutely no customer service and no one gives a **** wether they will loose you as a client or not. I am honestly at that point where I’ll take all 4 my contracts and move somewhere else... very very very poor service for a company who claims to be the best South African network....
