Impossible to RICA sim from home.

Just wasted two hours of my life trying to Rica a sim from home. Every avenue asks for a sim number to RICA, but there is no sim number on the starter pack, why not, is beyond me. So the only option left is to use the Vodapay app, and chat with Tobi. Tobi is **********ly slow, and when I eventually get to RICA a friend, it either crashes with "sorry error on our side", or it goes to the play store and tries to install the Vodapay app AGAIN. I'm throwing this trash in the bin and getting a 99c sim from MTN instead. This sim cost R50 btw as opposed to the 99c ones.
