Impossible to get Vodacom contracts cancelled

I have two contacts with Vodacom that was ending end of January 2017, I did not want to continue with my contract and phoned the cancelation department early December 2016 to cancel my contracts. All said and well.

End of January I phoned to get the correct amount outstanding on my accounts because I was doing EFT payments, I made the last payment and confirmed with the consultant that I was going on pre-paid on both numbers from February, he confirmed.

Since then I have been receiving accounts and phone calls on outstanding accounts, first someone reversed the cancelation on the system and they had to correct it, the next month Vodacom phones again and say now I owe another amount, trying to explain that my contracts had been cancelled I get told it was outstanding before the cancellation, tired of trying to get this resolved over the phone and getting nowhere I went to a Vodacom shop to speak to someone face to face, well their hands are as chopped as anyone else’s, they also have to phone the same numbers the public have to phone, anyway we picked up on the system that one of my numbers is still active which was supposed to be cancelled in January, I spoke to the cancelation department and he cancelled the number again that was still active, I asked him to reverse the outstanding amount and he said I must dispute it with the accounts department, I phoned the accounts and she told me that is not how it works the cancelation department should reverse it, after explaining to her it is not my problem to sort out issues between the two departments and I just want this issue sorted, she told me to hold on, and guess what she put the phone down in my ear.

So with tears in my eyes how are you supposed to get this resolved after doing everything I was supposed to do to get it cancelled!!!!!
