impossible to get info out of Vodacom

i have been a vodacom customer for as along as i can remember. i make the mistake of porting to cell c and after their bad service i have now ported back to vodacom. i walked in to the vodacom 4u shop at the midlands liberty mall on friday the 12th of March. A very nice lady, Belinda helped me. I went back to see belinda and she completed the contract. the contract was then subjected to further credit vetting. ( i dont understand why i must go through that when i pay Vodacom an average of nearly R1300pm for various other lines.) i was told to call ********** to check if contract is approved. when i call ********** , the system asked for my cell number. i put in the cell number and then the system ends the call as they cannot help with prepaid numbers and i must call 082135. when i call 083135, i go through the entire voice registration process and select option 4 then 0 to chat. when i eventually get hold of a Human being, i get told that i need to go through to contracts. contracts rings for 4mins 55 seconds and the call ends. when i try and call back, and go through the entire process again, the system says that i have reached my quota of call ins and can only call back after the 2nd of May 2019. THAT IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS CONDITION YOU CAN PUT ON A CUSTOMER. when i log into the app to chat to a live agent, the app default response is to call 082 135. when i call 082135, i either get told that i have reached my call in quota or i get hold of an agent who puts me through to contracts and i hold on for forever and a day. i can be contacted on ********** 133 or ********** 415. i should have stayed with Cell C.
