Impossible to get hold them unless you want to get a new contract!!

It is completely impossible to talk to them if you do not have a Vodacom number. I will need to change my bank account number after 42 years as this seems to be only possible way to get rid of them. Vodacom wasted hours of my life just to find out why i am paying them money every month for something....who knows what?????
