Impossible to get hold of the acquisition dept

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Why is it so difficult to get hold of this department.I have app**** for a new contract at Makro Port Elizabeth on 7th January 2016 and my application was declined.The lady who assisted me said I was declined because I had a contract with vodacom 8 years ago and my account was handed over to their legal department.</p> <p>So I phone the vodacom legal department today and explained my problem.The lady who assited me said that my account was paid up long time and do not see why they declined me .She also mentioned that she updated the system in order for me to take out the contract and should re-apply in 1 hour.</p> <p>I phoned Makro and explained the consultant about the feedback I received from the Vodacom legal department but said she can not do anything until the acquisition department undeclined my application</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really frustrating...... I been trying to get hold of the acquisition department whole day and came nowhere.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
