IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HELP
I have a debit order going off my account for months and i have no idea what it is for. I do not have a Vodacom number. It is completely impossible to get help on the Vodacom call centre unless you enter a Vodacom number which i do not have. i have mad 23 calls and I get no help. The only number I can get through to is sales but they don't know what to do about it.
