Impossible to get detailed invoices
We have been trying to get detailed invoices from Vodacom for a year now, to no avail. Is there any way we can nullify the contract due to lack of service ?

07 Feb 2019, 13:13Yet again Vodacom proves that it is unable to deliver basic customer service.
After calling diligently regarding my complaint, they assured me I would receive itemized billing this month.
And obviously I did not receive it.
The problem is that we are hold captive by these companies that supply essential services. If you don't pay due to lack of service, they cut you off.
I think consumer law should make it ******** for these suppliers to cut services on arrear accounts if there are legitimate issues the service provider does not attend to. Payments can be withheld until service is provided. Customer service will definitely be a priority then.
I think I will contact someone like OUTA and the consumer protection agency to start a discussion.

07 Feb 2019, 13:15I also think all Vodacom service providers should start sending them invoices without any details and then charge them 1% for "itemized billing"
