Impossible to contact someone.

My father died and I am trying to cancel his accounts. I googled vodacom and rang their cancel number ***, I was then asked to call the Legal number ***. The options do not allow me to speak to anyone. Who do you call? hellopeter? lets see. My father had the following numbers: *** and *** but im sure there are other related accounts. Please advise
