Impossible to cancell contract
I have been trying to cancel an existing contract which will expire on the 8th of June 2024 on the 8th of May unsucessfully. First I went into a Vodacom branch to cancel this contract ,but were told by the sales assistant that they cannot cancel contracts anymore. I phoned *** on two occasions to cancel this contract. The first consutant tried to sell me additional services and I stated clearly that I wanted the contract CANCELLED. The second time I phoned to check if the contract have indeed been cancelled only to be told that it has not. Again I went through the cancellation process ,but still I have not received any email to confirm cancellation. This is unacceptable if I wanted to upgrade I am sure that Vodacom would process the request instantly ,but when it comes to cancelling a contract it seems impossible. Please CANCELL this contract asap.
Best regards,
