impossible to cancel Vodacom contracts

I have located overseas and have been trying to cancel my vodacom contract. However the are making it impossible. The numbers on their website does not work as I am being told it is incomplete. There is no email address. When a family member phone they receive rude customer service and being cut off. It should not be allowed that a company can hold you hostage.
