Impossible to cancel Vodacom contract

Tried cancelling my Vodacom contract for 4 months now. Trying to do this from abroad - only option is to use their TOBI app. Then TOBI refers me to a customer care email. Mailed them , and automated response refers me to TOBI. Infinite loop. And no way to speak to an actual person to help.

This is ridiculous - Vodacom is making it impossible to cancel a contract with them.
