Impossible to cancel expired contract
I have been trying to cancell my contract which expires at the end of this month without sucess. It seems impossible as every call to Vodacom gets disconnected or when by luck I manage to speak to a consultant I never receive the cancelation verification. Please assist me in canceling this contract.
