Impossible to Cancel Contract in 4 Months

been trying to cancel my number since September, I have paid up my account, I have escalated the matter and I have received a bunch of messages stating that my issue has been resolved. Yet... my number is not made prepaid yet. And no call agent has the ability to resolve it.

Ffs.. help

Hi, I have been notified that vodacom kept billing me after this cancelation.
This is affecting me credit score.
Please help
