Impossible to Cancel Contract

I have recently moved to the UK and have been trying to cancel my cell phone contract for three months. It's impossible.

1. I have paid my cancellation fees 2. I have verbally ensured with the call centre and cancellations department that they have my documents and that they are all in order... twice 3. I have even put a stop order on Vodacom debiting my FNB account even after the fact

They put me on hold for hours on end, they repeated ignore my requests for email confirmation of the cancellation and are now charging me a monthly fee that is more than my actual contract was ever worth.

I am being ****** on a monthly basis by Vodacom. And as for FNB, I wasted R19 on a stop order which they clear had little to no interest in enforcing. Well done big corporate for once again stepping on the little guy!

Please be aware, I have moved to the UK, so you will be unable to contact me via my Vodacom number – the one I have been trying to cancel. Contact me via email or my UK number, which have been provided to Hello Peter.

Call after call after call, I am still no closer to resolving my issue with Vodacom. All my documentation and payments for cancellation went to Vodacom on 7 September 2017 and yet my cancellation was only recognised on 13 October 2017, and by only recognised by one department. I still have not received an email confirming my cancellation, I am still receiving invoices, and Vodacom is still trying to withdraw money, at random amounts, from my bank account.
