Impossible to cancel a Vodacom contract form overseas
Hi Vodacom,
I have been trying for days to find a way, other than spending hours and large amounts of money for an international call, to cancel my Vodacom contract from overseas.
How can I cancel a contract from overseas? My email to your cancellation department went unanswered and they closed the call. Still not resolved.
I will appreciate it very much if you can help me close out this account.
