Impossible to cancel a contract just taken, poor customer care.

<p>My wife had verbally agreed to take out a modem package with Vodacom, befire the package arrived she decided against it, and when it did the courier did not want to take it back, subsequent calls to the call centre was in vain. When someone did eventually answer, they took down this Order number 1- ********** 5961+1 and was told to cancel, but hung up.</p>
