Impossible debt collectors

I recieved an sms from Vodacom that i owe somewhere arpund R250.00 and i should make an arrangement with Hammond Pole Attorneys. I have been sending emails and all sorts of communication to Hammond Pole with no success. Have tried to register on thier website for self-service but still nothing. Now i want Vodacom to tell me how can i pay whatever i owe without dealing with the impossible Hammond Pole
