Impossibe to Cancel - Against the CPA Act

I have been trying to cancel my contract with Vodacom for 2 months now and my contract ended 05 May 2015 (And I have saved all my online chats, and emails sent) but alas everytime I call or talk to a representative I am stil charged and still on contract with no notice.

Here are some of the things I have been told by these Vodacom Representatives.
I must go in Store - By Call Center and Fahima (In store they refuse to help and say that it is impossible to help at store)
I can email my cancelation to [Email Removed] (Error with sending) - By Tania
I can email my cancelation to [Email Removed] (No Response) - By Melody Silindile/Fahima
It has been Canceled but they can not give me written confirmation - by Call Center/Fahima
I must cancel my Debit Order - Fahima They promptly closed the chat as soon as they said this.

It is against the Consumer protection act to still charge me after I have served my 20 Bussiness days Notice yet I am still trying to cancell. They refuse to give me confirmation that I have given notice and refuse to take notices.

I hope they contact me really quickly regarding this issue and I will gladly send them all the proof of the above.
