Immoral Service on 2 fronts

I have had mine and my 3 children's phones insured through Cellsure, Vodacoms Insurance. In December I was abroad and my bag was snatched, my phone was in it. At home I went immediatley to get a new upgrade. emailed them the police report on January 15. They deny this. I had to upgrade my daughters phone 3 days ago as well, I asked both times for NO VODACOM Insurance. Despite this Vodacom has insured and deducted premiums for both phones.
I have made 3 calls to cellsure, all 3 calls a nightmare of waiting, the latest one today 17.36 minutes of waiting until I disconnected. My call this morning resulted in me being told that it isnt their fault that I asked for no insurance and got it, its the stores fault. Both stores. after all, how are they to know?Vodacom this type of highway ******* is not in accordance with the consumer protection act. One cannot deduct for services not requested.
Vodacom takes money to insure phones and denies receiving claims? And then once a customer has upgraded, you leave them no choice of insurance company, you jump in and start deducting from the moment of purchase. Not for much longer...I am now exposing you and will take this further.
