Immoral company out to rip people off!!

I had been a vodacom customer for some time on and off. There came a time when i was unable to pay and they rightfully cut the line. After cutting the line i was continuesly billed for services i could not use to the amount of 9000 rand. I came to an arrangement where they reduced the amount a little after admitting guilt on the charging of the un-usable services.

We agreed to cancell the contract and the amount including the cancelation was R8000. I greed to pay R1000 til the amount was paid in full. It has been some time now that i have been paying the amount only to recieve a call to say i am owing them R10 000!!!!

They are out to do over the consumer!!!!!!

Okay so i have kept this up to date as to the progress or lack thereof over the past 2 weeks.
Vodacom made the statement that a representative would be contacting me address the matter so one would expect a call in a day or two. I still have not received a call from Vodacom to discuss.
Get this, the only communication i have received is an email tell me i am owing them R10k again and..... wait for it, a txt message stating they have handed me over to lawyers for the outstanding amount. Well go vodacom, outstanding customer services practises once again! You guys really do know how to deal with customers and take them to the cleaners!
I have now made an effort by requesting the figures sent to me as the outstanding balance be explained as on the invoice there are only Internal Vodacom codes which explain nothing as to what the alleged billed amounts are for. I believe that vodacom has this philosophy that Bull .... baffles brains. Not here guys.
vodacom also allege that i made the arrangement to discontinue the contract in December when it was in fact done before October. I know this because i was happy at the time to cancel the contract before the birth of my daughter.
The day i managed to get the contract cancelled i had been on the phone with a supervisor for over 35 min and before that had been bounced between 3 departments and cut off 3 times. It was only through persistence and resisting the urge to totally loose it that i got it sorted that day. I had in fact over the past months made the same arrangement on two earlier occasions however they were somehow not recorded or actioned which i accepted.
vodacom get your ducks in a row. Review the recordings from July last year and then get back to me. You are in the wrong and you need to accept it and we can both move on.
Your promised communication is a threatening txt telling me you have handed me over is once again a reflection of the company’s character and lack of ethical practises.
