I'm very very angry at vodacom and it's agents!!!!!!!!!
I got a notification that I app**** for a contract phone with vodacom & I didn't, a guy phoned me this morning offering a contract and I told him that I have a phone. This is ruining my credit score and I am very very upset, please rectify this!!!!!!!!! This is very wrong.....

Under what circumstances does an agent applies for a contract for a client without their permission? Who gives your agents the authority to do that? I am not satisfied with your response, I am building my credit score for important things now it's being tarnished for a contract phone I never wanted!!!!!
