I'm very disappointed in Vodacom as a brand

2 weeks ago a aftersales agent called to offer me a Honor X7A telling me that the contracts came to an end only to find out that this was a lie I sent the phone back and for 2 weeks I've been calling in talking to 9 aftersales agents even requesting to speak to a TL calls was dropped in my ear and no one calling back The promises that was made was never met I'm very disappointed in this brand I never heard so many times that I'm a loyal customer I'm part of the furniture yet Vodacom don't treat their loyal customers like they matter .So now this loyal customer will make sure she complete her contract ,cancel all the contracts with Vodacom and be a loyal customer at another brand I'm so done with Vodacom ...Ayanda that assisted me today and going the extra mile thank you for your assistance
