I'm struggling to get the answers I have about my contract, please assist urgently.

I had a contract with Vodacom which ended in October 2024. Unfortunately, my account is in arrears. I had previously made payment arrangements. But on 7 November my number was suspended, upon realising this I contacted Vodacom and asked what my full outstanding balance was, because I wanted to settle the account so that I can have access to my number. I was told that is just above R10 000.00 and I understood. On the 29 November I was ready to make the payment, and I called Vodacom, it was such a mission to get through to someone who could assist me because I was using a prepaid sim card that I bought after the suspension of my number. Eventually I managed to get through to someone, and when I queried the amount, it had doubled now, I need to py over R20 000.00, and the frustrating thing is the person telling me this cannot explain why this significant increase on my outstanding balance. At first when I called, I asked if it's possible to get my number back after having paid. I was told that yes I can get it. Now that changes as well, I will not have access to my number again.

I understand protocols and procedure, and I admit that I did not adhere to the rules and conditions of the contract I had with Vodacom. But why can't I be serviced properly?

I have lost a number which I have used most of my life and there is a lot linked to it. I have this huge amount that I need to pay.

All I am asking is can someone call me please and explain what is happening, I am now contactable on ***. The account number in question is I***-1

I am looking at the invoice dated 12 November 2024, and it is stated that the amount of 11,198.19 is due on 30 November 2024.
