I'm so done with Vodacom

I have alot of alot of services with Vodacom but this was just my last straw I work very hard to keep my accounts up to date and checking my credit status Vodacom shows account is in arrears. I called up very politely to try and get this resolved after a a long hold after checking my account the lady told me I have not missed any payments but with one payment I under paid by R20 and that is why my account shows behind by R20 are you kidding me!!!! After arguing with her about it I just gave up all she wanted to do is get me off the phone so due to this I've been declined for a car application.
