I'm going to be without a phone for about a month? Damage my business somewhat?

I am so upset. I dropped my phone and cracked it and now a purple and black stain is creeping across my phone slowly but steadily since yesterday. Nearly half my phone is already covered and I can barely see anything.

This is a huge problem - I work online and I use my phone continuously throughout the day. I cannot not have a fully working phone.

I now hear the following: 1) If I send my phone for repairs it will take at least 3 weeks!!! 2) If I send my phone in I can get a replacement phone which will be much slower - I will be able to use it but it won't come close to doing the same job 3) Even if I could get a shoddy phone to use in the interim there are NONE available at Langebaan. 4) There may be a phone available in about 10 days.... but I have no fully working phone in that time?

This means it will be well over a month before I am able to get a fully functioning phone?

I pay my phone bill every month and I pay my insurance every month yet my business will be damaged by the fact that I will have no phone for about a month?
