I'm done with Vodacom

So I call the call centre this morning to query my refund due to me cos a guy called Leslie Abel called me last week and assured me my refund will be done and find will be in my account by Monday. I speak to Pule today and she says a refund wasn't done. A credit was done. What the hell must I say or do to make myself more clear that I need my money. I'm done with you guys. Please cancel my 2 contracts.my post from last week is below incase I have to remind you guys why a refund was due worst service provider

I am disgusted by the level of service I received from Vodacom every time!!! I called today and spoke to Lerato from customer care. Gave her my service request number which is 1- ********** ********** She says no one has looked at the query yet but is should be resolved in 7-14 working days. When I asked her what my service request is about. What were the details on the service request? Lerato says the note says that I need to be refunded activation charges on a handset. What nonsense is this ? You people drive customers to insanity. I did an upgrade on my ********** number. The package included a S8+ with a FREE Samsung J5. So Vodacom decides to start billing me for the free phone and an activation of the sim for R97.00. When I called om Tuesday, they said my bill to be debited is R1865.86 but they will log a service request to refund the money back into my bank account in 7/14 working days. I call Vodacom today and speak to Lerato. Ask her to check on service request 1- ********** ********** and the debit amount changed suddenly to R1962.86. She wasn’t very helpful so I asked to speak to a manager. She transferred me to a lady named Mampale in collections only for me to find out she is not a manager. I want answers!!! Why must I be penalised for Vodacom’s error ? I want my refund in my bank account for the bill and activation fee of the J5. I cannot wait 7-14 working days. I will use every social media platform until I get a response
