I’M DISGUSTED!!
They say I owe them R1, 00 for a contract that I terminated in December 2021. I don’t understand how I owe them because this was done via debit order.
This is impacting my credit record.
Vodacom please advise how do I pay you this R1,00 because I do not want the impact that this has on my credit score!
When I call your customer service no one answers!

I still reflect as having been in arrears with Vodacom for 6 months on ITC. I want this removed from my profile and I should not reflect as having settled my debt or whatever because I WAS NEVER IN ARRERS WITH VODACOM.
My profile is negatively impacted on ITC because of your incompetency.
PLEASE RECTIFY THIS URGENTLY!
