I’m completely and utterly emotionally shattered and terrified for my safety

After many years of loyalty to a trusted service provider known as Vodacom. I now fear for my safety and possibly my life. After surviving, still fighting and learning how the adapt to my surround and deal with the after effects of depicting mental/psychological, emotional and physical abuse from a malignant convert narcissist. Who’s main aim in life was to destroy and make my life a living hell after being discarded so viciously. These hectic past few years has broken me into a million pieces and putting my life back together is not an easy task.

This type abuse is a process which psychiatrists and psychologist are very well clued up on. The abuse is best described as a slow process of picking apart and breaking down ones identity, continuous brainwashing by using methods of isolation, both direct and indirect verbal abuse and slowing delaying their victims adjusting their personality, image and thinking to suite the Narcissist needs. The relationship was extremely abusive “some psychiatrist have mentioned that this is one of the worst forms of abuse because the abuse is so subtle it’s sinks into the very core an individual, and leaves them with so much confusion, hurt, emotional and psychological trauma. The victims are left confused and unable to make simple decisions, it throws the ability to make any decision seem like the individual is under tremendous pressure as if the choice that has to be made are being seen as life or death situation”

I’ve suffered almost a decade of slow deprograming of my identity. Mentally, ***ually and every now and then it could turn out to be physical if and when decided to have a voice of my own. My ex, who is a high profile individual not to mention well connected in various areas. Walked into a Vodacom store on the 7th October 2019 (Canal Walk, Cape Town) requested Vodacom to make changes to my contract package, which Vodacom has done. They’ve made what ever changes his requested without any form of identification, ignoring all the alerts that a man is trying to access my account.

Bearing in mind that on the 11 September 2019. I called in to Vodcom customer care and setup voice recognition, and furthermore set an alert on the account which said “caution no action or changes to be made on this account, by anyone other than the owner of this account... please call 079..... to authorize any action being requested” I could not stress the importance of how my ex who had my information, could easy pass any verification questions and was able to access my account. I had fought and still am fighting so hard to recover my “identity” and it was so easy for Vodacom to give my private information away.

When I called in on the 5th October 2019, the call center agent had done the usual verification checks and the alert had been removed somehow, I was shaking and nervous “because he had mentioned to me previously that he knows someone at vodacom that can do anything for him” I requested itemized billing and up until today they are not able to send me this information because there is a error for some reason. Why was this allowed? Why would Vodacom put me in such a situation again? I’ve so far, I feel like this a major setback and my entire world is crashing all over again.

I can understand that we work with technology but surely a extremely Reputable Well established business such as Vodacom should hold customer confidentiality agreement of high importance especially since I had been admitted and hospitalized twice in the space of 9months and diagnosed with A break in Identity, as well as sever depression and anxiety due to the traumatic experiences I had encountered with this “demonic soul” who will not leave me alone I simply can not break free from him, while he roams the earth acting as if I am insane and stalking him”

I then called the call center on the 8th October 2019 because I was not able to make calls, they’ve advised that there were several requests processed on my account - on the 7/10/19 call blocking - someone called in and requested this 06:28pm and that the request was pending cancellation processed by Vodacom’s Canal Walk branch the same night 7/10/19 at 20:30pm - I went into a panic and had a number of panic and anxiety attacks. Who knows what else was requested and taken at this point THESE IS MY LIFE does it not mean anything to Vodacm.

I went straight to the store on the 8/10/2019 and requested some assistance, they gave me a print out and confirmed that this action was taken and submitted by someone working at the branch I was mortified, and felt sick to my stomach that Vodacom allowed this, this was his way of showing me he was above the law as well and showed me how powerful he is and that his connection are everywhere. Vodacom has enable this predator in psychologically starting the abuse again. I was so hurt and afraid it took me back to what I’d experienced during the years with this evil man I just didn’t understand, I had taken the necessary precautions and steps to ensure that no one but me could have access to my account and each time my requests and calls were removed from the system or In a pending state.

I’ve read up about the terms and conditions with regards to Vodacom Customer Confidently Agreements as well as the values and be: Protection of Personal Information Act, Act No 4 of 20131 (“PoPI”).

After experiencing what I’ve been through over this past year. I’ve been booked off from work on numerous occasions and am still at home due to this event which has extended and prolonged and may have even setback my recovery. I’ve currently setup up a parenting plan to stay clear, and may lead to a nasty custody battle because our son is the only hold or link in him attempting to communicate or get hold of me so that he can complete his mission to destroy me emotionally, and psychologically. I’m in the process of maintenance. How don’t I know he has access to tracking my locations or even my internet search history if you read these articles below you will but only share a glimpse of what I’ve endured and still going through and Vodacom may have just signed on the dotted line for me to loose, my job, son, safety, mental stability and who knows possibly my life. THIS IS ********** AND BREACH OF Customer confidentiality/privacy - not to mention going against all the legislation agreements vodacom has promised all their clients.

A consultant along with a manager has said they will get back to me, I can only but imagine if my alerts and restrictions were so easily removed perhaps the footage and call recording have mysteriously vanished too.

It’s been two days and I’ve not heard nothing....

Hi

I don’t understand why no one has made contact with me regarding this issue. Instead I find my cellphone doing strange things like screen recording and no recording saved to my video, freezing and all sorts of odd strange things.

I think it’s time I take this to the voice or Argus. To make people more aware of Vodacom and that they are not concerned about their contract agreements with customer and that they do not run their business with integrated and can not be trusted with the confidentiality of anyone’s private information. Even though I mentioned the extremely dangerous position Vodacom has put my safety and life In.

Will you only respond once they’ve filled a missing report, that time I’ll be buried somewhere or my body dumped in the ocean. I don’t think you comprehend how serious this situation is.
