I'm being billed for insurance that was cancelled

I cancelled my handset insurance in December, and for January I did not pay for it. Then in February they billed me again for it. I called and they confirmed that it was a mistake on Vodacom's side, that they will cancel it and refund me the amount I paid. Now in March again they are billing me for it. I want this sorted and refunded, and I want an apology letter for this.

I'm still waiting for someone to call me. Let me know what you consider 'due course' for getting in contact with me. Unless it was one of your agents that called, and then dropped the call as soon as I answered. Too scared to speak to me?! How many more months are you going to charge me for insurance that was cancelled. I want my money back!

Please let me know how long you plan on charging me, so I can claim.
