*******ly porting

i have been using my number for 13 years and 6 months yesterday 16 December 2015 my number was ported to another network without my approval. now my number does not work under Vodacom network and to another network that was ported to. they told me that they can not assist me. i am really disappointed with Vodacom since i have a loyal Vodacom client for 13 years and 6 months. this is a total let down from Vodacom
