*******ly debiting my account

I am disgusted with the service I received from Vodacom. I had a query with an invoice I received on email, I ported my number to Cell C 10/2/17. My vodacom contract was over its 24 months 27/1/2017. The invoice was a billing for March. The amount was R573.00 with a "ghost" number. Vodacom call centre could not tell me why I had an invoice with the wrong number on it. After several calls to Vodacom I finally received a reference number that they would send to the service centre. I called back to follow up what this invoice was for and "oh sorry" they cannot locate my reference number. I then got another garbled answer and they would send again to the service centre. I called again and eventually I ended up talking to a lady, Ayanda in the accounts department. She said I must call the cancellations department on ********** (This number does not work). I called again yesterday and spoke to Lebo and Mpho in the cancellations department. I asked them why after porting has vodacom carried on billing me and I have been debited twice with amounts of R573 and R544 for March and April. They said I cant get a refund as I did not cancel my contract. Please tell me that this is not normal practice, how many other people have you billed after porting their numbers, thinking that all is fine. You just carry on with a "ghost" number. I now today have received a third invoice with an amount R544 that I know have to pay. This is theft and I want everyone to know that Vodacom *****s your money, I did not sign anything for a new number and Vodacom cant give me a copy of my original contract as I signed with Autopage and Vodacom took over Autopages contract. No proof of anything???
