******* Upgrades By Staff

Vodacom called me and asked if I would like to upgrade my mobile phone which I obviously agreed to. I didn't think it strange at the time that after almost ten years with them instead of an SMS they called, being in PR I just assumed it was a new strategy. Long story short, when I actually went into the store two weeks later to upgrade, it was found that "someone" actually upgraded on my behalf. The consultant explained that it happened very often that staff call customers and upgraded on their behalf. Anyways, I then proceeded to cancel the ******* upgrade as I was advised by my consultant, which I was told would takes 7 working day. Now almost 30 working days later, Vodacom has made no attempt to contact me notifying me of the progress...
