My ipad contract was upgraded without me even knowing about it. Now that I actually do want to upgrade my device it is not possible, because my Vodacom contract was upgraded by Xmnds, somebody called Shenies on 03/10/2017. Each time I phoned Vodacom, I was re-directed to different departments from Direct Sales, to Business to Upgrade Department most recent. In all instances I was promised that somebody from Xmnds will phone me back (LOL!) - to tell me what? That they *******ly upgraded my contract, but hey, how can we be of assistance?! I am still not able to upgrade my device which I need to do urgently and this has been dragging on for weeks. No signed contract, no voice recording available and no feedback from either Vodacom or Xmnds. Great Customer Care!
