******* Subscription on my Vodacom account

A subscription of R50 a day went off on my Vodacom account without me subscribing for anything from WASP Opera Telecom, Vodacom gave them permission to take money from my account without my permission. I requested for a refund and a refund was given, but yet again they took another amount (R735) of on my account without me being aware of that. Now they come with long stories and have been struggling to get a hold of them for the final amount. I have logged calls with Vodacom and they just do nothing about the situation. they are the ones that gave permission to these people, now they switched my phone off and I am not able to use my contract because off them.
